We realized that while fresh tropical fruits are highly valued globally, preserving them without artificial chemicals or excessive added sugars is a challenge. By crafting a meticulous process to preserve ripe organic jackfruit in freshly squeezed pineapple juice syrup, we created a delicious, shelf-stable, 100% natural delicacy that requires zero artificial preservatives.
Today, we collaborate directly with local family farms in Sri Lanka. This direct trade model ensures our farmers receive fair wages while we maintain complete transparency and trace our products from tree to jar.
